Microwave Pistachios Pedas

Green pedas prepared with grounded pistachios and ricotta cheese along with milk powder, sugar and few pistachio chunks..This peda takes 10minutes to get ready in microwave oven, this green pedas tastes marvellous and prefect for any sort of occasions..Since i worked today i wasnt able to make seedais for Krishna Jayanthi celebrations and went for this pistachios pedas as they get ready with less time and we had a wonderful Krishna Jayanthi celebration at home..Its such a delicious pedas we enjoyed having them immediately after our dinner.

Pistachios Pedas

1cup Pistachios (blanched & grounded)
1/2cup Ricotta cheese
1/4cup Milk powder
1/2cup Sugar
Few pistachios flakes

Take the grounded pistachios, ricotta cheese, milk powder, sugar in a microwave safe bowl, mix everything and arrange them in microwave oven, cook for 10minutes (stir twice in between)..Keep aside and let them cool completely...Make medium sized pedas and garnish the pedas with some pistachios flakes ..

Conserve them in an air tigtened box..

That's such a fast recipe. We could probably substitute any ground nut in place of the pistachios. Very nice. Thanks for posting this! Happy Janmashtami to you!
