Bread Cutlet

I bookmarked this cutlet since a long from Mahima's Indian Vegetarian Kitchen, i tried this delicious bread cutlet two days back for our snacks..Mahima, loads of thanks to u dear...this cutlet doesnt need potatoes also very easy to prepare, u can add any sort of veggies to make this bread cutlet, so i have added finely chopped green capsicum pieces, grated paneer with grated carrot n zucchini pieces as Mahima's recipe says,u can see her bread cutlet here, i skipped green chillies and used redchilly powder else i follow the same as the original recipe...these shallow fried cutlets are really prefect for evening snacks..This is my entry to MBP-Snacks &Savouries event hosted by Ashwini's Spice Cuisine, event started by Coffee...

3nos Bread slices
1no Onion( chopped)
1no Carrot(grated)
1/4cup Paneer (grated)
1/4cup Capsicum(finely chopped)
1/4cup Zucchini (grated)
1/2tsp Ginger (chopped)
1/4tsp Garam masala powder
1/2tsp Red chilly powder
2tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
1/4tsp Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil for shallow fry..

Heat a tsp of oil in a pan n fry the veggies except the grated paneer until the veggies turns tender..Dip the bread slices in water and take them out immediately...squeeze out the excess of water n mix the bread to the other veggies n spice powders with enough salt and turn them as dough, make small cutlets out of the dough n shallow fry the cutlets until they turns brown on both sides...

Serve these bread cutlets with ketchep!!!
