3 in 1 Chutney seems new rite!!! Yea this chutney is prepared with coriander leaves, grated coconut, roasted split chick peas(pottukadalai) as well as with tomatoes..this is a instant version of preparing chutney no need of stirring, tossing the veggies, can be prepared very easily, even if u have sudden guests..goes very well with dosais, idlies,..if u grind them thick, they goes very well as thuvaiyal for ur rice dishes..
1cup Coriander leaves
1/4cup Coconut grated
1/4cup Split roasted chick peas(pottukadalai)
2nos Green chillies
1no Tomato (medium size)
Salt
Oil
1/4tsp Mustard seeds
1/4tsp Urad dal
5nos Curry leaves
Take a mixie jar add the coriander leaves, grated coconut, split roasted chick peas, green chillies as well as chopped tomato with enough salt n enough water n grind a bit coarsely..
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds n urad dal n let them splutters, add the curry leaves to the hot oil n add this to the grounded paste..
Easy as well as Healthy Chutney for all!!!!!!!!

This one is good too! We don't generally do not add tomatoes but I like that too!
Hi sunshine,tomato will give slightly tangy taste to this chutney..thats the secret of this chutney..
I tried this chutney and it tasted good. Tomato and coriander combo gives a nice fresh taste/smell
